Inspired by the pinprick argument in negative utilitarianism, would it be unethical to grant life initially? Taking life as unethical, and yet to create life is to grant that life the opportunity to be terminated and to experience suffering. Thus, creating life as just as, if not more, unethical than taking it. AIs, uplifts, those born from natural procreation...they would all be subject to suffering.

"An AI, negative utilitarianist dictator of benevolence travels back in time to prevent the creation of all life in order for all suffering to be prevented."

To be blissfully cishuman, human and transhuman all simultaneously via technology that can overcome physical contradiction.
