I think we should use part of a quote from The Singularity is Near for the title of the documentary, for example:

When Humans Transcend Biology
The Universe Wakes Up
The 5th Epoch
Countdown to Singularity
The Law of Accelerating Returns
The End of Moore's Law
Achieving the Computational Capacity of the Human Brain (or a condensed version)
When Nonbiological Intelligence Usurps Biological Intelligence (condensed)
Improving the Software of Human Intelligence
Redefining Human
Interfacing Brains and Machines
Propelling Human Evolution (rewording)
Human v.1.0: The Endangered Species
We Are Becoming Cyborgs
Expanding the Human Mind
Ich bin ein Singularitarian
Transforming the Future
The Conscious Computer

Those are just brainstorming fragments, but I'm sure we can pull a title together. :)
