Hello, I am Axel

Hi there,
I am a biologist and genetic engineer. Although I work with plants, I am personally interested in cloning, synthetic life, spiritual development, the mind, consciousness etc. Transhumanists seem to be open-minded people who are interested in a deeper discussion about all kinds of possibilities for human evolution. I would like to discuss all sorts of things with such open-minded people, but I am not so interested in arguing with proponents of certain religious groups ;-).

I believe you are correct that there are a wide variety of open minded people here. I'm not sure spiritual development discussion will interest a lot of members, although I enjoy the subject, there is a certain degree of "why discuss it if it serves no objective purpose" sentiment here. But philosophical debate is often encouraged so I'm sure you'll develope a group of members you'll enjoy discussing with.; ▶ Reply to This
